      Hi, I'm Hugo Lancheros.

      I'm the designer and developer behind KUMA Web Design. I'm Colombian, based in the Greater Toronto Area, and I work with clients in English and Spanish, plus conversational French.

      Before KUMA, I spent 15 years leading customer service operations — from Team Leader to Senior Operations Manager — for companies in public transit, telecommunications, hospitality, consumer products and financial services, across Canada and Latin America. I've led programs of up to 200 people, and my team ranked #1 worldwide in vendor management at Huawei.

      That's where I learned how clients really ask, compare and decide. I've rolled out AI-assisted quality programs, automated reporting and CRMs like HubSpot in real operations. Now I bring that experience to your website, with an AI agent that looks after your clients the way a great advisor would.

      I started with real estate because that's where a beautiful, well-organized website changes the most. KUMA Web Design is part of KUMA Group, together with KUMA Talent and KUMA School. Our idea is always the same: take something complex and make it simple.
